Optimize the hall with a purpose-built cabinet lift

If technicians are still muscling cabinets, the hall is paying for a four-person day. The RL3500S and RL5000S are built for the aisle, not the warehouse.

If the crew is still lifting by hand, it is time to specify a machine designed for Canadian data-centre aisles. RackLift is not a generic stacker. It is a pair of 704-aluminum units that clamp to a fully loaded cabinet so one technician can move it.

A single operator finishes the job that used to take three or four people. That is the labour case. The safety case is the same sentence: people are not a lift.

What the Canadian units actually do

  • Move the whole cabinet — servers, UPS, CRAC — without deracking.
  • Fit a two-tile aisle and a standard doorway.
  • RL3500S: high-ratio crank, locks when released.
  • RL5000S: up/down switch, auto-lock winch, control cable between the two sides.
  • Retractable straps and E-Track. Eight non-marking casters share the floor load.
  • Canadian made in Markham and Belleville. Quoted from Markham.
